  1. Yay!! I a looking forward to this one. This reminds me of that CFFootball wod we did last fall - 150 pushups for time, sprint 40yrds every time you break plank.

    Where did you guys run your 100M?

  3. Amber - we ran the 100m to the bank and did our pushups - then ran back to the box for our situps - then back to the bank for squats and finally ran back for the back extensions
