hey everyone. i have some sad news. judy's mom passed away tuesday evening around 7:30p. please keep judy and her family in your thoughts and prayers. i've asked judy to let me know if she needs anything. i'm sure if she does, we can all pitch in to help where we can. judy's email address is dangerjudy@gmail.com.

We are (or atleast I am) willing to try that! haha! "1RM Curtis P" is Hang Clean-Lunge-Lunge-Push Press. I will get details from Sean tomorrow so that we can be sure we are doing it the same way they do it.
