Dave,
How much rest do you recommend between intervals?

To keep the class together we usually start the intervals every 3 or 4 minutes. That means the whole class starts each interval at the same time. (0, 3, 6, 9 ... or ... 0, 4, 8, 12) HOWEVER, we will run this wod according to the "Running Man's" recommendation. :)

If the runners can get a 400 at or around 2 minutes, then going on the 3's works best to keep everyone together in a group. For maximum efforts 30 seconds is best if someone is 5k training and looking for a PR.

I would send Alex and Scott out on 2:00/2:15 since they should be under 1:30 on these.

drew/amber....the weather is supposed to get bad late this afternoon/evening. depending on the weather, will you leave the 2nd rower at the gym so that we can row instead of run? if it looks like it won't be raining, then we'll run. (lord knows i need it!) i know scott will be there tonight, and he, on the other hand, would benefit from rowing since he doesn't like it so much. :)
