  1. 7.5 rounds for 61 reps. I did bar dips in place of pull ups-I still have a rip that is healing. We had limited time left on the clock so we did a 200 m run on the last round.

    Good job to Mitch, Sam, and Ed! It's awesome to see their improvements every week.
