Run 400m
Rest
Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.

ReplyDeleteWorkout demo video contradicts the webpage info for masters men and women... power clean weights are not scaled on the webpage but in the video they are - masters men 130 lbs, masters women 75 lbs.
