I am looking forward to seeing everybody's numbers tonight. We reviewed these movements so much last week that I think there will be some PR's!

worked up to 125 on my 4th lift, then 101 started.wish more people would've come out today. max effort days are a very important of aspect of crossfit.good job judy and scott!

75 was my max. I did three without the squat. I did 55, 65, and 75 with the squat.
