Five rounds for reps of:
1 min Wall ball shots, 20 pound
1 min 15 foot rope climb
Run 400m
Rest

Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.

That was a tough workout this morning. I got 120 WB and 4 Rope climbs.

Workout demo video contradicts the webpage info for masters men and women... power clean weights are not scaled on the webpage but in the video they are - masters men 130 lbs, masters women 75 lbs.

i think only the top two tier of master's weights are scaled? i'm not sure, but i think that's why it's different.

Correct Cori, the scaling starts at 55. 54 and below are at mens/women's weights.
