17:56-scaled down to 75lbs. Getting stronger on ring dips after working on muscle up goal.

I don't think it is possible to be more awesomely sore all over my body. I truly enjoy getting in and out of my car as my hamstrings sing joyous melodies. The other quartet of biceps,triceps,deltoids, and lats all chime in with such great harmony. I'm truly alive. Trust me on this one.

my legs just threw uo when they read the wod for today. My quads and hammies are singing the same song as Kelly's. I feel like a spaz walking to the car this morning. I am thankful I leave before my neighbors and they hopefully didn't see me walking down my steps and to my truck.

Yea I have this beautiful feeling from a hip pointer. I had to add in some stunt work, a little fall and roll on the concrete, to Mondays WOD. Everyone should try to add a little tumbling into their WOD, just not on concrete since the feeling of concrete is so awesome.
