big props to mitch today for suiting up and showing up! it was awfully cold, and i'm sure, very difficult to get out of bed! he is definitely dedicated to his fitness! yay mitch!!!!!!

Mitch u set a couple of PRs today (1 running and 1 blogging)great job as "the running man" told me it is all about {the pace till the push}

Ed-that's moving man! Your 5k run and row should be comparable. I want to see you out at Rumpshaker in March. It's flat and fast. I bet you run a 24:00 5k.
