nice job paul, dan and russ! way to show up on a nasty saturday morning!
russ, drew and i did a sprint wod of light DT plus 3 burpees. DT is 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans and 6 push press/jerks...but usually it's heavy. we scaled the weight to 95# male/65# female. unfortunately the clock was set on 1 minute splits, so we don't have an official time. it was definitely under 10 minutes. i'm looking forward to my rest day tomorrow! my body needs it!
Paul did a terrible job. Why is every body bragging? He cheated. He did everything EXCEPT vomiting as he ran his 400 meters in his third round. I think I deserve recognition for doing the full work. I went above and beyond actually and vomited TWICE
good job dan! way to take one for the team! nothing like a little pukie on a saturday morning that did NOT result from drinking too much last night! :)
Paul-That's a great time! I should have come down. I went and met Judy Danger and ran the Knights of Columbus 5k. This is a great cause. The proceeds are given to help people that are mentally and physically disabled. They have raised over $108,000.00 in 23 years.
