Five rounds for time of:
45 pound Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

COUCH TO 5K
Run 6x400m, resting 2 minutes in between each interval (Effort should be fast paced)

  1. everyone has probably noticed the #4# fliers at the gym. here is a link to the info for this competition. if you've never competed in a CF competition, or even been to a CF competition, it is a great experience! if you love crossfit, it will make you love it even more! maybe we can get a group together to represent carport crossfit, or maybe we can all drive down on that saturday to watch. let me know if you're interested.

  2. 15:01 45lb plate. Burpees really suck after lunges with a 45lb plate.
