With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Run 14 minutes out from Carport. Run back to Carport recording the time it took you to get back (try to get back in a faster time)

    I did 4 C2B pullups on rounds 8-11 just to get some extra practice. I hoped to make it to double digits but during round 8, I had several misses. It was tough to get myself all the way up to the bar after that.
