With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

ReplyDeleteI did 4 C2B pullups on rounds 8-11 just to get some extra practice. I hoped to make it to double digits but during round 8, I had several misses. It was tough to get myself all the way up to the bar after that.
