    the limiting factor was my GRIP! yowza...i couldn't open my hands when i was through. i'm not sure if my time is good or not. we will see what the p.m. class throws down.

  4. I'm back from St. Croix! And what an experience. I was unable to complete the 50 mile race due to injury. I am not even sure what ails me at this point. I am seeing the ortho on Monday. No XFit for me, just ice!
    It was a beautiful trip at least.
    This will be the perfect time to clean up my diet!

  7. Rachel, we can be a team! I am out with a tweaky shoulder so I figure if we work together, we may be able to complete a WOD. I can do all the running, jumping, squatting. You do anything that involves the use of your arms. haha.
