    first time rxd DT!

    rd 1 - unbroken (1:10)
    rd 2 through 5 - 11 dl's, then set the bar down, shook out hands. picked up the 12th dl and did 8 hpc's. set the bar down, shook em out. did the 9th hpc to the rack and got all 6 jerks.

    the worst part was my grip. well actually, the whole wod was pretty rough. there were lots of worst parts. but the top two were my grip and the jerks...but i got them all unbroken! yay! i'm going to be so sore tomorrow.

    drew - i tried to hold onto sub 10since you set that expectation on me, but i lost it in rd 4. next time.
