Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups

haha! so can you ohs 120# paul? after last week's tenacity, i have no doubt that you can! :)

i'll be at the gym tonight trying out this weight and doing a few bar-facing burpees!

Woo hoo!! Over the bar burpees are taxing! But, to quote Drew Hill, "You can always do one more burpee!!!!" (Drew always talks with 4 exclamation points :) )

120# OHS will just be getting through it as fast as possible and hopefully getting to muscle ups. Glad I know I can do MUs though.

This will be fun!
