yay double unders! :) i can't go to the gym thurs, but i did bring my rope home. i can do 5 minutes of double unders...what should i do for the other movement so i can wod at home? burpees? squats? any suggestions? (yikes, 5 min of squats will be terrible!)

Cori there are many things u could do BUT i think an external force is need to get as close the Rx as possible dog food, luggage, ect..
