Friday Morning Musings:
I am SUPER proud of Ed!!! He is totally dedicated to his fitness! Not only does he show up at 5:30 a.m. 4-5 days a week (which since I'm not a morning person is impressive in itself,), but he also comes in with a smile on his face and he's always ready to rock! He pushed his limits today on the 75# OHS, and it was awesome to witness! YAY ED! His nickname is now D"ED"icated Donaldson!

And ALSO, last night, Mr. Russ Ronson was a SOOPAHSTAH and did TWO wods! He came in and did his first wod off the ramp, and THEN he did a modified version of the first CF101 wod with his buddy, Grant!

These CF101 Graduates are making mama SO proud!!!!!!!! :)

P.S. I knocked on my 30 burpees this morning with Ed while he was doing his burpee pullups. It sure is nice to have them done for the day!

Thanks Cori!! I'm enjoying CrossFit and working out with you all! I'm surprised how easily the 5:30 workout is working for me - it's nice knowing I won't have any other demand on my time at that early hour.

Dave - I'll see you tomorrow at the Jingle Bell Run - if you need to give me a call on my cell 908-2112.

Way to go Russ!!

Did anyone see this?

http://journal.crossfit.com/2010/11/hayleybreathing.tpl

It has helped me the past couple of days, especially mid-way through a WOD to concentrate on my breathing, as per the video.

And yay burpees!! I think i will have to start throwing some in during the morning as well so they don't build up at night. Though, even 100 isn't that bad, 10 min worth.

Maybe day 100 can be 100 burpees for time!
