WOD#2 - Fitness Fest Competition next Sunday

3 min to establish max ground to overhead
1 min transition to next station
3 min max cal row (ie, max calories pulled in 3 min)
1 min transition
3 min max rep box jump 24"/20" (must stand on top of box, cannot jump off and have hip extension in air.)
1 min transition
3 min max pushups games standards

Total weight on ground to overhead, plus cals, plus reps is your score.

At the bottom of the push-up the chest and thighs should come in contact with the ground, rather than diving the chest, dropping the hips or shorting the depth.
