Thanks Dave for the pacing - I probably wouldn't have done that well on my own

hey, anyone want to do the 100 day burpee challenge? huh, huh, huh? or we could do "the burpee challenge until i give birth"? i'm due on feb 7, so if i start the 100 day burpee challenge today then i could possibly complete it by the time macie gets here. we could go until i go into labor! :) any takers?

Ok...i'm an obsessive blogger! But seriously, I have a comment. Dave is in with the 100 day burpee challenge. Here are the rules, if you aren't familiar:

1 burpee on day 1
2 burpees on day 2
3 burpees on day 3
Etc. every day until day 100.

-If you miss a day, you have to make up your burpees the next day.
-If you miss two days, you have make up your burpees from day 1 and day 2 that you missed plus that day’s burpees. Etc.
-You can break your burpees up throughout the day, so when you get to day 80, you can do four sets of 20, 10 sets of 8, etc. You just have to do that total number of burpees that day.

The challenge would start on November 4 and end on February 11th. We can do the burpee challenge until I go into labor or until February 11th – whichever comes first. This will be good to keep us moving through the holidays! Who's game!??!!?!?!?

yay!!!! i'll see if amber can post something on the site for the burpee challenge so we don't forget what day we're on!

I'm in --- YAY BURPEES!

When we finish this, we need to do something involving box jumbs, and double unders that way we have involved all of my favorite activities. After the back extensions yesterdays, they are trying to creep up on to the list.

I will put this challenge on the side bar and/or title of each post with the # of burpees for the day so we can remember how many to do.

You know, Andrew, you can add your favorites to this challenge. :) Yay! I think I may add muscle ups to the first 30 days of the challenge. Day 1 - 1 burpee, 1 muscle up. By the end of that I should have them.

Cori,
since i forget to do ring dips everyday, i do sit ups and pushups at thome everynight to make up for it. I increase the reps by ten every week. I am 50 this week. Thanks for busting me on the public site about my dips. haha

24:01 I feel pretty good about it considering I haven't worked out more than once a week the past month.
