i got 4:23. Looking to see where Drew and Zach are on this. Good job to Amber and Jessica this morning! Good energy in the class, especially for 5:30 a.m. on a Monday.

I got curious about "Red 40" after the nutrition seminar. This was one of the ingredients in Jessica's Gatorade. Cori said "MMMM.I love Red 40." I posted a link about it. It's a dye used for coloring. Very interesting article.

ew. thanks dave. i knew i loved red 40 for a reason! blyack! i can't stand to even squish a bug...and now i'm eating them. :(
