Open Gym 9-10am

SPEED WORK 8:00 am @ Shades Valley Track

Homework: Read the "Meal Plans" article this weekend. (It is in the About CrossFit section on the right side of the blog.) If you have any questions, we will answer them in class on Tuesday.

6 x's 800. 2:59, 3:05, 3:10, 3:08, 3:14, 3:24. We took 1 minute rest bewtween intervals. Pee wee football was going on and the parents would not move off the inside lane. Either they didn't know that runner's get the inside lane, or they didn't care. I think it's both. We had to move around people and that cost time. It got more crowded towards the end(notice the last 2 800's).
