My blue Buddy Lee rope broke on the first round of DU so I grabbed another Buddy Lee rope to finish the round. The one I picked up was shorter than the one I normally use so I kept whacking myself in the head with it. I switched to a regular red handled rope during the middle of round two hoping to be able to put some DU together. It was tough b/c red handled ropes are so much slower than Buddy Lee ropes. I would have been faster if I had fixed the rope to start with.

5:05 on wod my DU need more work so i made up a work out that went like this 0 to 5min the 4 rounds for time then 5 to 10 it was an AMRAP so that was 3 more rounds so that is 7 rounds in 10mins then min 10 to 15 was as many DU as possible little over 100 with ALOT of misses then min 15 to 20 it was as many rounds of 10 in a row 7 for a total of about 500

Zach worked extra hard using the stock ropes

the biggest wow tonight was Andrew making DU with the first time jumping rope in 10 years
