Tabata Squat
Max reps of Muscle-ups in 4 minutes
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Begin time for muscle-ups immediately after the last 10 second rest interval. Test score equals Tabata score multiplied by number of muscle-ups completed.

This WOD is self scaling for anyone able to do muscle ups. If you are unable to do muscle ups here a re a couple sub ideas:

If you dont have access to rings sub 3/1 pull ups and dips for this event.

good job to the morning crew! first time i've been there to coach jason and jessica! finally! :) i got to meet andrew also! great group this morning!
tough day! 15 on the squats (x8) but couldn't get the muscleups - 2 jumping MU with 3 plates underneath.
j - if you come in and do a few jumping muscle ups and mu progression practice for 2 weeks, and you will have it again! you've been out for a while frolicking with the new wifey....sometimes muscles are a little slow to fire back up again. :)
