Pull up Ladder


With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

*** If your hands are ripped you will do a different "ladder."

Drew - your magnificence is beyond words....that's why I didn't comment on your brilliant sub 20 performance last night. You are more greek god than human, and I thought that was just a well-known fact. My bad....your wods are just plain downright super-human...but I'll try to make note more often!!! I guess super-humans have feelings too!!!
