This was a funny one. Coordination went out the window after the first 100 DU. I was breaking them up in to sets of 5 or 10. A few I did old school DU. 1, step over the rope, 1 step over the rope, ...
I did 6rds + 6DU

that means you did 303 total double unders! ouch! you aren't going to be able to use your calf muscles tomorrow....be careful when you get out of bed...you might fall over! :) (yes, i speak from experience.)

Drew 6+28 Rx was going to take off and get ready to run hard but nobody trains by there-self while I am coaching "GROUP TRAINING" there was me, myself and Shane it is better. and Amber Ran all the WODs this week so Im not crying about the foot ,but DU hurt.
