Air Squats - max reps in 1 min
Pull-ups - max reps
Tuck/L-sit - max hold
Push-ups - max reps
Sit-ups - max reps in 1 min
Shuttle Run
50M sprint

The person who shows the most improvement from their last evaluation wins. You earn points by getting more reps and getting faster times on your runs. For example, if you did 55 squats last time and 65 this time, you earn 10 points. You also earn a point for every second you take off your sprint times.
