Too much rest on the pull-ups. I am am glad I did this one this morning though. Fran kinda freaks me out. Its like test anxiety or something. I am practicing staying chilled out and focused. And am learning to push through, "kinda hide from that (pain) because it is temporary." Chris Spealler

He hit the ball on all of his thrusters. Pull-ups are getting better, too. Excellent first Rx FRAN!
