If anyone wants to go Dave is driving off at 6:30 am. The race is in Rainbow City. About 45 minutes away. Should be back in BHAM by 10:30. You can walk the course as well so if you can't run 3.1 miles. Just get out there!

Dave, know it is time to go to work on that sub 20 min 5k on a couple of carport loops I got maped out Monday 6 o'clock pm just enough light to see. I run rabbit by 2mins
