I tried a couple of those burpees with 10 pounds on each side. That was about as fun as holding a lighter to your hand and trying to burn yourself. Scaled down to 115, 7 minutes overhead. 28 reps. Ugh.. tougher than it looks.
115#'s X 38 reps
I definitely wasn't gonna do the 100 Burpee's
Amber 105# - 38 reps
Drew 115# - 61 reps
Any person with sense would leave those burpees alone, 115# 42 reps.
