I did modified ring dips. I used a box to get up in the hang position, then pushed myself all the way up and back down. Time was 20:25.

20:01 doing 3roundss of 9 and 75 no mods the first round was the longest ten mins.

Cori great body line on the pull in the picture. I would like to see pics every 6" till the top with that load.

Dave, Cori dose not need pants because of a none hairy leg{no fiction].

Dave I am sorry I did not go with u in the am but I needed to keep the new crossfiter from wandering around. U are a great motivator for me and a hero to the new crossfiters on the carport.
