EVENING classes are OPEN (4:30, 5:30, CF101)

CF101 - optional make-up class this Sat @ 8am
If you cannot make it to 101 tonight b/c of the weather , you may make up the class for free this Saturday morning.

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

8 12kg Kettlebell swings
Women 8kg
