15 Squats

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Mary- only 6 rounds. I'm still pretty exhausted after Murph. The HSPU had a bad range of motion, not very deep at all but at least I'm up there and moving. I leg squats were modified with a little help from the opposite foot but I had never done those. Just one more move to practice on.
