wow ran with Dave in the early A.M and I did subs and Dave on G.H.D man we were in a time warp or slow or lazy or cold or I just got schooled but i did get to COACH a The Coach to one of the most wowing crossfit W.O.Ds cumon sub 2min splits like a clock wow wow maybe i will try again in late P.M. maybe get Dave's running shoe because I need 90sec run to sud 20 ZONE in

Good job Amber! I couldn't get a grip on it yesterday. DNF after 3 rounds in 17:09. Running 20 degrees did not help, I was done already elp, and my legs were beat down. GHD did not help! No more excuses. The facts are this- I quit. I was wanting to come up there after work to earn my pride back but Cori offered dinner and a night on the couch! See you guys Monday!
