* 10 push-ups
* 15 squats

DAVE -
I ran Cindy this morning. Good news is I beat last time. before was 12 rounds and today was 16 rounds. Drew ran Chelsea on 1 minute intervals with 2 reps added to each set and still stayed under a minute on each round!

The Game - 15 rds... how long did that take?

My run time was a 7:25 pace on 5 miles. That's decent for a training run.
