New PR today on the 10K. 43:11, Goal was 43:30.Smoked it! I could hear Drew telling me to get back on that pull up bar about mile 5 when I started hurting a little.

So-we are faced with running vs. crossfit to get faster. Crossfit it is. See you guys Monday morning.
