Once again Drew shows me how it's done! He got 16 rounds for breakfast this morning. I had less than half for my morning meal. 7 rounds plus 3. I'll take it!

Nice workout. I can tell my shoulders are gonna be sore!

I'm off Friday so I'll be able to workout in the pm. Hopefully I'll get to meet everyone. Looking forwards to it
