10 • 2min rounds with 1 min rest between rounds:
25 squats
15 push-ups
10 pull-ups
5 TTB
Must drop from the bar before you go on
5 TTB
10 pull-ups
15 push-ups
25 squats

Pack stops at 5 rounds

Start each round with 25 squats. During each 2min round, complete as much of the 25-15-10-5-5-10-15-25 as possible. If you do not have a pull-up bar, get creative! You can go old school and pull-up on a tree branch or do this wod at a park and pull-up on the monkey bars. (That’s the kind of stuff we used to do before we had any equipment.) KBS or DB rows will substitute nicely as well. Post total reps completed to comments. Compare to 3/18/19.
