Squat 5 x 5

20 minutes to establish 5-5-5-5-5 reps Squat for average load

• OHS for pounds x 2
• FS for pounds x 1.5
• BS for pounds x 1

Then

Five 2-minute AMRAPs with 1 min Rest between AMRAPs
10 pull-ups
10 burpees
Max effort Box Jumps in time remaining

Box height of your choice. To calculate the number of inches you jump simply multiply the height of your box by your reps. Score is avarage load x total inches jumped. Post squat score, total inches jumped, and final score to comments.
