10th Annual - 12 Days of Christmas! (Barbell Edition)


Do the workout the same way you would sing the song. On the first day of Christmas do 1 Split Jerk. On the second day do 2 Push Jerks and 1 Split Jerk. On the third day do 3 Push Presses, 2 Push Jerks, and 1 Split Jerk. Etc...

3 Push Press
4 Lunge
5 Front Squat
6 Hang clean
7 Deadlift
8 SDHP
9 Burpees over the bar
10 Overhead Squat
11 Hang Power Snatch
12 Thrusters
