It's complicated lol.

Started with bench press. Different weights had different points. Tabata 20 seconds on, 40 seconds rest. I used 65# and did 8 reps per. The points for 65# was 4 for each press so my score was 64 reps x 4 points = 256.
Next a 2 minute rest, then box jumps... tabata 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest. I did 60 step-ups for a half a point per, = 30 points.
THEN we multiplied the first two scores during a 5 minute rest.

256x30 = 7680.

After the 5 minute rest, we did deadlifts, tabata 20 seconds on, 40 seconds rest. I lifted 125#, 5 reps per, 6 points per deadlift. = 240 points.
2 minute rest again, then I jumped singles for 1 point per, tabata 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. My total was 246.

We added these two scores, so my score was 240 + 246 = 486.

For a grand total of (7680) and (486).
