10-8-6-4-2 OHS

20min to establish 10-8-6-4-2 rep max Overhead Squat. Total of all loads is your score.
(First establish your 10-rep max, then 8-rep max, and so on. You must go in that order 10-8-6-4-2. For example, once you have moved from the 8-rep scheme to the 6-rep scheme, you cannot go back and re-attempt your 10-rep or 8-rep max. You may change weights as needed. Weight taken from the rack.)

Then

4 x 2 min AMRAPs with 2 min Rest between amraps.
1 Burpees
2 TTB
3 Burpees 
4 TTB
5 Burpees 
6 TTB
.....continue climbing the Burpee/TTB ladder for the remainder of the two minutes. Start each round at 1 burpee.

Score = (load) x (reps). Post load, reps, and score to comments.

Skills = 1 thruster @ 65# every 2 minutes. Then reverse burpees and knee raises for 96 reps
