115 lbs for bench press (and no I don't weigh 115) but beyond that I couldn't have gotten enough reps to matter a hoot.

I kind of enjoyed this WOD but don't tell Drew.
Mostly I enjoyed having some other guys around in the morning! Guy sweat is just different.

I fully expect Brooke and Cynthia to throw up some big numbers here...I'm thinking like 125lbs.

Bill- I think you think too much of me:) I have not done a bench press since I was a freshman in high school. I will be surprised if I can break triple digits! Nice job today and great to see you Saturday!

I am REALLY hoping to get back to the gym tonight, however we shall se as I am exhausted and getting sick...go figure, lol. Miss all of you!

It was great to be back today. 115# with 13 being high and 5 being low. Jumping PU's 15 to 9.

there could possibly be some crazy overhead squatting people attempts in the future. how much do you weigh stacey? if you are under 120, i think i could do it! :)

I would say between all the former cheerleaders and gymnasts, we could certainly get you overhead. Cori and Amber could do it singlehandedly:)
