That's a 9 minute improvement from the last time we did this in Feb. when I used 35# and tighter bands, so I am really happy. I was trying to keep up with Stacy and Sheena, and was unsuccessful in that, but they did help my time!! Thanks girls!

everyone did great this morning!
Don't know about anyone else, but when I saw this WOD posted last night I was a bit intimidated. It looked like "so much", and then when I saw time cap of 30 min. I knew it was a "long one".
When I threw down (ok, more like kinda dropped) that last C&J I felt like I really accomplished something. I am proud of all of us this am.
so, the whole wod it was in my head that last time i ran this, my time was 22:57....i was so wrong! last time i got 24:55!!!
tonight:

My first official DNF. BIG FAT BOO! Especially after seeing Coris time. Wow.! AWESOME job, Cori!!
Cynthia - this WOD was tough and I stared at my bar for a while at round 9. I did pack (75#) and finished in 23:07. Brooke - you lifted 85# 52 times (just 3 reps shy of finishing) - that is not a BOO - that is BEAST!
Jonathan - pack (115#) for 25:58 (he thinks). He agrees that this was a tough WOD.
