100 Squats

Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next. Post time to comments.

Pack:
Same rules apply for form.
50-75 Pull ups
50-75 Push ups
50-75 Sit ups
50-75 Squats
Sit ups should either be Ab Mat or full range anchored sit ups

Puppies and Buttercups:
For time:
20 Pull-ups or 25 Beginner or Assisted Pull ups
20 Push-ups or 30 Box Push ups or 35 Wall Push ups
20 Sit ups (do not do crunches)
20-50 Squats (depending on ability)

RX 25:38 PR by about 5 and half minutes over January time. Sit ups unbroken (slow but unbroken) I'm happy.
I was going to shave my head when I got home but couldn't hold either arm up that high long enough to complete the task.

If you wander why P and I seem distracted sometimes it's because we can't help it - I found out we have Age Activated Attention Deficit Syndrome AAADS. Look it up on you tube and it will explain a lot ;o)

i finally achieved the coveted sub 20 angie time! got through pullups around 6 min (includes 2 palm rips that i had to tend to around rep 70), pushups at 12 min, situps unbroken (but not superfast), squats to slamball unbroken (but not superfast). i guess now i have to shoot for sub 15! woohoo!!!!!!!!!! i think i was trying to show off for my hubby who was wodding with me! ;)

Way....to....go Cori AND Dave! Unbroken squats?? That is beastie mode! Get some home-boy gloves like mine and you won't get those rips ;o(
I'll bet sweet Maci was impressed. Give that girl a ravioli.

Cynthia - 24:10 almost Rx:) I did 75 pull ups because I was trying to avoid a rip, but ripped on the 74th or 75th pull up. Boo:(
Did the sit-ups and squats unbroken. This was a pretty cool WOD for me because 6 months ago I would have said this was impossible for me to complete. I heart CrossFIt and especially Carport!

i did this at home last night.

i didn't follow the scales exactly, but here's what i did:

100 ring rows
100 push ups (on my knees)
100 sit ups
100 squats (10 sets of 10)

it took me about 30 minutes.
