MC, HPC, HSC

EOMOM (every other minute on the minute) for 20 minutes perform:
1 Muscle Clean + Front Squat
1 Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
1 Hang Squat Clean

Use 75% of 3RM hang power clean from 7/1/13. Post loads and successful lifts to comments. Compare to 7/9/13.
