G55 - BEAR COMPLEX

5 rounds of 7 sets of the sequence:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Back Squat
- Push Press

Rest in between rounds, post loads (not time). Compare to 7/14/10 and 3/14/12.

  1. I stuck with 45# this morning and by the 5th round on the 6th and 7th rep, I was glad I did! Good WOD.

  3. According to the "Goldilocks" method you seem to have adopted Bill, you should have started with 75#, dropped to 55# and then finished with 65#, right?

  4. I was hoping to make it tonight, however I am having some inner ear issues causing me to be a bit off kilter. That does not tend to go well with moving weights around.
