    I rowed 1000M and did 10 burrppeeee cleans@ 145
    I rowed 1000M and did 10 burrppeeee MU snatch @95
    All row's were sub 4 and all work was sub 2

  2. I am easing back into training today and am SO glad to be exercising again!! I feel much better when I workout. Today was easy but it felt great to do something!

    Then
    For max reps
    30 sec WB, 20/14
    30 sec Rest
    60 sec WB
    60 sec Rest
    90 sec WB
    90 sec Rest
    120 sec WB
    120 sec Rest

    Post 3-rep max and total Wallball shots.
