    20lb wall ball - 103 reps with partial squat *
    The wall balls were not as bad as anticipated, of course I did spend an inordinate amount of time holding my wall ball just gathering O2.

  8. Cyn - 115# 3RM on thrusters and 110 wall balls. I don't think I will ever like wall balls. I did a lot of gathering too Bill. I also held up the wall for a bit because it was a tad wobbly:)

  9. Hey Kate.....met your buddy Jamie at the Carport this afternoon. Really nice fellow, I hope he decides to stay on. He was doing an eval with Amber. I asked him what brought him to the carport and he said his friend Kate works works out here. I looked at Amber and said Kate? I don't know a Kate. She said yes you do. And you know what....I do. Kate? I wonder who else's name I don't know?

  10. haha, Bill you're a trip! Yea he is a great guy! I will be interested to see if he joins our clan. By the way, thanks for the veggies, I am a big fan of the tomatoes!! As for tonight's WOD... I did a MOD due to a pulled lat & rotator cuff muscles - front squats @ #45, 4 rd of 6, then did the wall balls which where very less than stellar.

  12. Felt a few reps better n the PM I got quiet a few more but I had quite a few that were not as good as they should be but think I made 150 clean reps.
