KBS, SDHP, Burpee!

3 x 3 minute AMRAP of:
20 Kettlebell Swings, 2pd/1.5pd
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls, 2pd/1.5pd
5 Burpees

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

  2. Pack 155 reps - 10 rep pr.....Although the 155 reps does not take into account gravitational time dilation. If I added those theoretical reps to my 155 it would raise a flag and I would certainly be called in for performance enhancing drug testing....I hate it when that happens.

  5. I redid my counting. My real rep count should be 165. If I wrote 61+41+38 originally but thought the rounds were only 30 reps. Really it would be 66+56+43=165

    Drew check that because we know I'm special with simple addition.

  16. I miss you guys!! I got off work early today and did my burpees...yes I'm doing challenge. And I did 6 rds of 10 push-ups, 10 squats and 10 sit-ups. 6:37
