75 pound Shoulder press, 4 reps
75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 8 reps
75 pound Front squat, 12 reps

    Shane was cookin with gas-I don't think you even set your bar down.

    An inquiry was made half way thru the wod as to why I was standing in front of my bar with my hands on my hips?.....sucking in that precious air....that about sums it up for me today.

  11. I thought a 35# squat would be easy, but I was wrong towards the end of this WOD. I was pushing for 7 rounds but I made 6+21. So close!

  12. 5 + 19 @ #35... did light weight and didn't worry about the number of rounds but rather concentrated on my front squat form (a weakness of mine). Jennifer was the one armed bandit!!

  14. tomorrow's wod is:
    Tabata:
    C2B Pullups
    Ring Dips
    T2B

    Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are chest-to-bar pullups, the second 8 are ring dips, and the third 8 intervals are toes-to-bar. There is no rest between exercises.

    Post total reps from all 24 intervals to comments.
